A SHOT of AWE-MAZing
Have you heard or even said those words?
Today I sit and ponder ‘suppressed emotions’ that many masked women have buried so deeply that I see percolate in subtle ways as behaviour.
The most suppressed emotions women have are hate and hurt and yet they are the most denied.
This is from EXPERIENCE after removing hundreds of womens surface emotions that they think disguise these so well to the point of being 100% denied. Then once they settle finally these ones are fully felt because their mind now thinks they are ready to deal with it.
(Suppressed emotions are only ‘suppressed’ because your unconscious mind doesn’t think you are ready to deal with them, they are at a very deep level and mostly the opposite of what one THINKS is the problem. eg. feeling anger and rage is most likely hurt, feeling fear and inferiority etc is often hate or anger)
Hate is such a dirty word and we are told WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT EVER HATE. I even said it to my children.
So why should it be the only ‘feeling’ we deny at all costs, even our own health? Because we’ve been TOLD it’s bad, that’s the only reason why. Because we don’t like it. We think its ‘evil’. The truth is, if it’s there it’s there. To deny it means to never get help.
Could it be so denied for so many decades that it is festering away beneath all of the anger, fear, resentment, anxiety, self loathing, low self-esteem, suppression, overwhelm, and all the many things women present to us with? Of course its very few who will admit to feeling it or even allow the possibility.
So does denying it make it not real? Does feeling hate mean you are a bad person? NO NO AND DOUBLE NO!!! It means you are HUMAN and simply have a lesson to get. THAT’S ALL IT MEANS. We are not our feelings or our behaviours or beliefs (truths that some will die for). We are wayyyyyyy MORE than that.
Why are we allowed to feel fear yet not hate? I know many won’t fully get this message because it will press your anti-hate buttons but at least consider….. Is fear ‘prettier’ than hate? More acceptable? We know that anger, fear, sadness, guilt, shame and resentment all cause health issues however I want the world to confront hate and GET RID OF IT but first by owning it (acknowledging it) else you cannot get rid of it.
CREATRIX removes all of the above in less that hours!!!! IT REALLY DOES LADIES. FROM LIFETIMES OF TORMENT TO NEUTRAL by having you discover your own life learnings in record time.
Its about getting the learning so you can let go of the charge entirely instead of ‘coping’ which just causes suppressed emotions because ‘coping’ is about allowing them to boil away inside of you causing dis-ease in the body because then you don’t have to ‘feel’ something at full force. AND that was very useful BEFORE Creatrix.
Its about admitting you are human, own it, get what you need to learn (via CREATRIX) then letting it go from your body and mind. So THEN you can be free to break the cycles that run as deep as ‘hate’ and ‘hurt’ that most of the world is denying because our cultures suppress it even further via denial and disgust.
WE NEED MORE FACILITATORS TO DO CREATRIX because women are awakening to our amazing process that strips out ALL past conditioning, regardless of how deep it runs.
SEE OUR WEBSITE FOR MORE DETAILS. The courses are level 1, get yourself cleaned out and learn the basics and also become certified as an EMPOWERMENT INTERVENTION CONSULTANT. Level 2, become a Creatrix Facilitator and ADVANCED Intervention consultant. Level 3, run retreats and do many women at once.
TOGETHER WE CHANGE THE WORLD BY SETTING WOMEN REALLY and TRULY FREE. Let’s remove the problems from the roots and not teach ‘coping’ when we don’t have to anymore.
Don’t get us wrong, we loooooove honour and support AWARE, RESPECTFUL men who support women, just as we encourage women to love, honour and support these men, however we also see what’s happening around the world and talk to many women. At least 3/4 of these women are not happy, feel stuck, empty and unfulfilled in their relationships with men, many of whom are suffering at the hands of men who just don’t have equal respect for women in matters of importance and sometimes in life in general.
We do also hear of men experiencing having to walk on eggshells due to the unpredictable outbursts from the women and feeling victimised by them, however women suffer proportionately more and this in no way means this behaviour is acceptable either.
Communication is desperately needed, not for the sake of it or communication that hasn’t previously been working, but really deeply understanding each other first so that we can communicate to ensure the other hears what is really being said, and feeling what the other has to say. Positive outcome based intentional conversations are called for like never before.
Just because gender or partner abuse may not affect you or I or be something we are exposed to personally, it takes all of us together as a gender to make changes that are necessary for our sisters in particular who don’t share the same privilege as us, in having great men support them, who are consciously ‘aware’ men that respectfully value women and treat them accordingly.
In reference to the image here, it’s no wonder women crave not just acceptance for being ‘enough’ but respect for being just as valuable a human being as a man. We are the granddaughters of the women in the photo. That’s actually not that many generations back to not still be having an effect on our generation and therefore we are passing on that awareness unconsciously that brings about the feeling of being ‘less than’.
We’ve a ways to go however we at Institute of Women International are not just wishing for change, and we are not angrily protesting as a gender, we are choosing to bring about awareness to women and men, through peaceful encounters, love and honouring. It’s all been a misunderstanding through perception and old outdated beliefs, ego and ways that may have been justified back at the beginning but simply serve no positive purpose.
Beliefs can change by choice however if we use their own innately translatable language and metaphors to converse in and members of their own gender to bring that awareness about we can finally change the trajectory of the future for a peaceful and loving example for our children and theirs alike. It’s really not a lot to ask for…
Suppression of our gender is still evident in many areas of importance such as politics for one not to mention the workplace and still sadly many households.
The story this image represents is only 90 years ago, so imagine the many hundreds of centuries before that that we’ve inherited as a deep gender suppression that causes many women to feel ‘less than’ so it’s no wonder women suffer so many emotional issues such as a lack of self-worthiness, self-doubt, fear of the future of not being loved, fear of men, scarred by domestic violence, feel unheard and not important.
We see an epidemic of women right here in Australia, average women approx 2/3 who are not feeling happy, loved and valued. When they open up to us (even the seemingly well put together women who most think are perfect and idealistic) and we dig deep, we discover hurt at the core of most women that many feel they’ve always had. This hurt ricochets and reflects throughout their lives and onto those around us, creating chaos and misery, causing them to make poor choices, set poor examples for our children, feel insecure and end up in a cycle of self-sabotage that continues to sprinkle our lives with havoc. Many women feel trapped in relationships (not just intimate relationships, sometimes at work through harassment) because they are scared to leave because “better the devil you know than the one you don’t” is the attitude of many women as the by-product of this past suppression.
We are getting back our strength through cutting edge programs coming into existence. Creatrix™ being one such process that builds up a woman from the inside out. Many other programs are working on this very global program also with great success, it’s just many don’t even know there is a super fast way to do it because they are still using outdated processes that men likely designed.
Many women are gathering and ‘supporting’ each other without knowing how to fix the core issues that are deeper than any conscious discussion can shift, due to centuries of deeply ingrained unconscious suppression at a genetic level. IOWI intends to heal women and put them on the pathway to a better life and break the cycle once and for all. Facilitators of course are very much needed (seeking 1000 in 2014 alone here in Australia) as the Creatrix™female minded process needs WOMEN who want to be at the forefront of creating REAL change for the future of our children and the generations to come. Trainers are sought also in this ground breaking female based transformative process.
When women do the same work as men and are paid 17% less in leadership roles, this is a penalty (no different from fining us for the length of our skirt because we weren’t exactly fining them for the length of their shirt sleeves) applied simply for having been born with a vagina and not a penis. Paint it up as pretty as you like, it comes down to that simple undeniable fact. Don’t you think it’s time we stepped up the talks? Peaceful meaningful ones?
We’ve been led to believe gender equality has come a long way and in some areas it has. Its good that there are now men who are coming round steadily to the fact that we deserve to be treated as equally valuable contributors and should have equal say as influential leaders and decision makers. Imagine women counselled for our valuable input, an input that considers the longevity of our planet’s people because they are our babies, after all, and we instinctively put them first, it’s a part of our biology. A grandmother or mother will always consider her offspring, so I’d say that’s amazing leadership right there?! Bloody awesome leading, (the kind a planet that must survive LONGterm) when we are talking about the future beings who will be left our legacy, the bi-product of our decisions don’t you think?
In fact, women have much to offer of extreme value and if realised long ago the state of the planet and the well being of the people would be in a very different situation, basically a heck of a lot better. Let’s hope it’s soon that we get the opportunities to actualise our innately female potential for the betterment of this planet’s future inhabitants, before we have nothing left to hand them accept misery on a planet with no resources and lonely lives.
We at Institute of Women think falling in love with ourselves and respecting ourselves and valuing ourselves will enable us to show men how to love and honour us because we won’t put up with anything else. That’s why our processes exist and why we work with the women. We believe the women becoming whole and feeling complete is the best step to take to create a better future for all, women, men, boys and girls.

Women are remarkable and resilient and it’s never too late to change your life. YOU are remarkable, in case you don’t believe me let me show it to you.
It’s been a while since I shared my story and I was reminded that it has inspired thousands of women and many to change their lives, so I hope it inspires you or someone you know. I hope to draw out your inner little girl who may need inspiration, hope or just to know we all have a little girl inside us that needs to dream and believe and know that is where your power lies……
This is my story excerpt from a recent article:
Marylin Schirmer is an ordinary woman who has had her fair share of failings, misery and excuses and also has a lot to be grateful for. Her father disliked her and her mother had her own problems as she herself suffered violence at his hand and so for her was about keeping him peaceful, at all costs.
Marylin is an eldest daughter of 3 siblings, a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 6. She dropped out of high school at 14 year old to become a check-out chick, a factory worker, packed Coles shelves at night, a waitress and pregnant barmaid with no ambition due to her lack of belief in herself, but she always felt deep down inside of her, an inkling that there had to be more to life.
Statistically however she should be DEAD. She continued the cycle of her mother and hers before her and so the first 33 years of her life were filled with terror, torment, abuse, incredibly low self-esteem and worthiness and she became a frequent dweller of Women and Children’s safe-houses. She was even asked to move on when she became a severely high risk to the others in the shelter as her partner kept finding her.
She hit rock bottom when her and her 4 children fled to a nowhere town; 3,000 + kilometers from anything and anyone she knew. Here she was in hiding for over 400 days. Every day she sat at the window and wondered if this was the night that her ex-partner and his shiny sawn-off stainless steel shotgun that the police never managed to locate, would find her. Her anxiety and fear levels were constantly high for at least 30 years of her life having had guns at her head on many occasions. (Strangely coincidental that guns were involved in the violence of her mother and grandmother. To further understand this phenomena of cycles research the science of Epigenetics or see one of our recent facebook posts called ‘Grandma’s experiences leave a mark on your genes’)
Still years later after she’d returned to her home town her life was still in danger and things went from bad to worse, from destructive relationships to even worse. She knew she was stuck in a cycle but it seemed to be escalating and so her anxiety became severe panic causing major health problems. It was then that she was told by the ‘system’ she couldn’t be granted any more protection orders or receive any more help and it was suggested she move permanently from her hometown.
The last assistance offered was the suggestion of a relocating and they would offer temporary in a town 800km’s away and so she left. She then experienced what she calls a ‘bleep’ moment. After suffering her first ever epileptic fit in a phone box on her way to relocate she awoke in total silence and for the first time ever saw the impact her life choices were making on her 4 children. There and then Maz decided to turn this relocation into an opportunity, so at 30 years old she turned her life around and never looked back.
On a whim she was accepted into a company that was listed as a Fortune 500 company and in the top 10 companies for women to work. Determined to break the generational pattern that her life followed she worked hard but it was the true stories of women who’d overcome diversity that fuelled her spirit.
Imagine the little girl within her as they handed her an award on stage at the Melbourne Convention Centre that said they’d paid her more than one million dollars…… For more than 10 years she experienced continual success in the top 1-7 in that organization nationwide. She had swapped the cycle of doom with the cycle of success.
In 2009 when the world was in the worst Global Financial Crisis, she tripled her income (receiving $27,000+ in just one month) and went on to break a 43 year Australian sales and leadership related records which she still holds to this day. She became number 1 in 10 countries by leading highly motivated teams of women to success through her love of her people, inspirational speaking presentations and setting the example.
Maz is now an author, international motivational speaker and founder of the Institute of Women. Her ‘The Maz Factor’ is a transformational handbook that combines Marylin’s gutsy true life story with the life changing systems that she used to go from desolate check-out chick to Millionaire status; something she openly shares today with her seminar audiences and through her unique course training program.
She has also been a regular on the ABC Radio as the expert commentator for the ‘Soul’ Section well known to her NSW audience.
After 5 years in the planning process, she has finally rolled out her biggest project yet with a big vision for women globally. The Institute of Women delivers a complete success solution through courses and seminars using the exclusive transformational processes that Marylin has created through years of experience and research. One is an entire success transformational process called The TRILLENIUM EFFECT and the other is a personal breakthrough experience called ReGENERATION™.
With three businesses now thriving, she openly shares her secrets to success in this three level course with you and in her FREE 1 day events travelling Australia at present.
She is determined to fulfill her mission to transform women globally to be able to ‘live without limitations’ so her courses are designed to maximize the most in each woman.
